Recommendations for a Movie Night

So I just recently got a bunch of movies via, X-mas / New Years and gift cards. So here are a couple recommendations for fun viewings on a movie night, Film Friday, and/or Cinema Saturday.

The A-Team - Thought it was going to be really cheesy. Not bad actually. Good action mixed with some comedy. Decent flick. Check it out. (Sharlto Copley was great in this one)

Machete - Robert Rodriguez brought this movie to life from what was supposed to be a "Fake Trailer". Great one liners, appendages being chopped off, nudity and bad language make this a fun movie.

Salt - Angelina Jolie tears it up in this one. Confusing first half but a good movie none-the-less. And it is filmed primarily in Albany NY.

Resident Evil: Afterlife - Watch this only if you like all 3 of the previous films.

The Town - Great film. Jeremy Renner was a Bad Ass in this one. Good story, good cast, good dialogue. Its got a vibe like the movie "Heat". Even though it takes place in Boston.

The Karate Kid - Good movie. I like the first one better but this one is decent.

Going the Distance - Probably my new favorite chick flick. I think this movie is hilarious. And it's Rated-R, so it's got everything you want in an Adult romantic-comedy.

Grown Ups - Some People didn't like it but I thought this was a good movie. Its just kept flowing and I thought it was really funny. Check it out.

Easy-A - Funny movie. Fun Story. And I'm in love with Emma Stone.

How to Train Your Dragon - Cute freaking movie, and it gets you on an emotional level but doesn't leave you crying at the end of it.

Toy Story 3 - Cmon, its Toy Story 3, gotta watch it.

Anyway, that's all I got for now. If you want a fun movie for a night, I would recommend one of these. Yes indeed.

Keith, thanks for the suggestions. While we are in Florida (10 more days) we will check some of these out. Grandson, Brendan, 16, was over the other night and the four of us watched "Red". It was really fun and I think you would like it. Hilarious to see Helen Mirren firing an RPG.
